A leading marketing firm in Bristol is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support various marketing projects. The role involves drafting newsletters, analyzing marketing performance, and collaborating with a dynamic team. Ideal candidates should have marketing experience and engage well with data. A hybrid work model is adopted, requiring office presence 2-3 days a week.
We're looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Assistant to join our Bristol office. This is a great opportunity if you're excited about marketing and want to get involved in a wide variety of projects that make a real difference to how we connect with our clients.
You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team where no two days are the same. From creating content and pulling together reports to helping clients with their subscriptions, you’ll play an important role in supporting the team and keeping everything running smoothly.
As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll get hands‑on experience across lots of different areas of marketing. You’ll help draft newsletters, client updates and content for campaigns, support the team with planning and reporting, and keep track of how our activities are performing.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business – from events and communications to design – to make sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to share your ideas, learn from others, and get involved in projects that give you a real sense of ownership.
You’ll already have some experience in marketing, communications or business development, and you’ll be confident writing clear, engaging content. You’ll enjoy working with data and detail, whether that’s managing client information or helping to measure how well a campaign has performed.
You’ll be naturally organised, good at juggling multiple tasks, and happy working in a busy environment where things can move quickly. Most importantly, you’ll be a team player – someone who enjoys collaborating, building relationships and supporting colleagues to get the best results.
A qualification in marketing, communications, business administration or something similar will be really helpful, and experience in email marketing, client service or content writing is a big plus. But above all, we’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and the drive to make a positive contribution.
We’re known for our friendly and welcoming culture where teamwork and collaboration are key. There are no pigeon‑holing or glass ceilings here, just a professional yet relaxed environment where you can finally be yourself.
We are committed to inclusion and diversity, creating a workplace that promotes and values diversity, where everyone, regardless of background, can reach their full potential. Contact our recruiter to discuss any adjustments needed to make your candidate experience the best possible.
We work to a hybrid model, for this role you would like you to work from our Bristol office for 2-3 days per week. In this way, you’ll benefit first‑hand from our warm and friendly culture and facilitate cross‑referral opportunities with colleagues in other teams. We are happy to discuss any specific requirements of hybrid working with candidates on an individual basis.
