About the Role

As the Marketing and Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in planning and managing our clients social media activities across various platforms. You'll collaborate with teams across Europe to ensure our marketing efforts resonate with their audience. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media using our Sked Scheduling Platform.
  • Take ownership of social media initiatives to support product launches and brand visibility, creating visuals with Canva.
  • Share posts for employee advocacy through Haiilo.
  • Coordinate translation and adaptation of marketing assets with our design agency and country teams.
  • Maintain brand guidelines in all marketing activities.
  • Produce the monthly newsletter using Force 24, collaborating with local teams for translations.
  • Atomise existing content to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Support European teams with marketing expertise on collateral production and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with PR, creative design, and translation agencies to meet business needs.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills (essential).
  • Strong background in social media planning and scheduling, with the ability to report on performance.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and online graphic design platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and social media scheduling platforms (Sprout/SKED, Haiilo).
  • Experience managing pan-European projects is a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A clean driving licence is required.
