A leading global data company is seeking a Researcher on a 12-month FTC basis to join their Consumer Services division. This hybrid role requires conducting research to identify growth opportunities, running various studies, and analyzing data. Candidates should have experience in user research, preferably in the FinTech sector, and possess strong stakeholder management and project management skills. We're hiring a Researcher on a 12-month FTC basis to join our Experian Consumer Services (ECS) division of the global data group Experian. We are responsible for the direct-to-consumer credit business, helping consumers take control of their financial health and support their journey through life’s big moments. You will help us uncover how we can innovate and take Experian further, driving value for our customers. This is a new role working with multiple stakeholders across the consumer side of the business. The role is hybrid and will require coming into our London office 2 days a week.
