Job Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator

Location: Head Office, Outskirts of Brighton (must drive) / Hybrid

Remuneration: £30,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Are you a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with a passion for marketing and events? Join our dynamic team as a Marketing and Events Coordinator! You will play a pivotal role in executing our events and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑End Event Management: Take ownership of the entire events process – planning, budgeting, execution, and post‑event evaluation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and venues, negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Onsite Support: Represent the marketing team globally at events, managing logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Salesforce (Marketing Cloud): Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Assistant to build email campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise content.
  • Content & Campaign Support: Assist in preparing award submissions, drafting press releases, and coordinating marketing materials.
  • Social Media & PR: Create engaging posts for LinkedIn and help draft content that highlights our achievements.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management (or equivalent).
  • 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role, with a keen interest in growing a marketing career.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
