THE EMPLOYER IS: BESPOKE STAGING NIWe’re seeking a creative and digitally savvy Marketing & Digital Content Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves interior design, home styling, and storytelling through digital media. You’ll play a key part in shaping our brand presence online by creating engaging visual and written content, managing social media channels, and supporting marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Create and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Capture and edit photos and videos of staging projects for digital use.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company website and blog.
  • Develop brand-aligned marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor social media insights, trends, and engagement metrics.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the staging team to generate behind-the-scenes and transformation content.
  • Help plan and execute seasonal and promotional marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital channels.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and platform tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms; Canva or Adobe experience desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
  • Experience creating digital and social media content.

  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website content management (e.g., WordPress or Squarespace).
