Overview

The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Customer Experience Champion to become the voice and face of Hamilton Brookes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our marketing strategy and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. You will play a crucial part in growing our brand, expanding our user base, and fostering a loyal community of educators.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive subscriptions through digital, content, and event-based channels.
  • Customer Experience: Act as the primary champion for our customers, managing all customer engagement and support to ensure a positive experience and high retention rates.
  • Brand & Community: Manage our digital channels, including social media, newsletters, and blogs, to build a vibrant and engaged community around the Hamilton Brookes brand.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise customer data and feedback to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
  • Events & Outreach: Organise and attend events to connect with educators, build relationships, and promote our mission and resources.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking an energetic and organised professional with a passion for marketing and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. You will have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing and customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of the UK primary education sector is desirable but not essential.
