Job summary

Bethany School is seeking a dedicated Marketing and Communications Officer to join our marketing and admissions team. Based at Bethany School, the role delivers the school’s marketing across digital, print, email, social media and recruitment events, with the Director setting strategy and budget.

The role is full-time and permanent, with hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, plus 3 Saturdays a year for Open Mornings and Speech Day.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering marketing across digital, print, email and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and with the Director of Admissions & Marketing.
  • Based at Bethany School with occasional home working as agreed.

The Role

  • Deliver the School’s agreed marketing activity independently across digital, print, email, social media and recruitment events. The Director sets strategy and retains major budgetary and reputational decisions.
  • The role is primarily based at Bethany School to enable the postholder to capture school life and work closely with colleagues.
  • Occasional working from home may be agreed with the Director of Admissions & Marketing, subject to the needs of the role and planned school events.
  • Reporting to the Director of Admissions & Marketing.
  • This post does not have line management responsibility.

Working hours

  • Full time, all year round.
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, plus 3 Saturdays a year, Open Mornings and Speech Day.
