Overview

Our client is seeking a Marketing and Communications Executive to support the Group Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team in delivering an integrated marketing communications strategy that aligns with business growth objectives. This role involves planning, developing, and executing various marketing activities. The position may be full-time and will commence as soon as a suitable candidate is identified.

Job Duties
  • Support the delivery of an integrated marketing communications strategy in line with business growth objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Help coordinate events, both online and in person, managing administration, invitations, sponsorships, and follow-up activities.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with intermediaries to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Deliver quality content across digital, social, and offline channels in accordance with the marketing calendar.
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives to strengthen engagement with clients, intermediaries, and employees.
  • Maintain and update digital platforms, including the website, social media, and intranet, ensuring consistency of messaging and tone.
  • Ensure all communications meet regulatory, compliance, and brand standards while including the appropriate statements where necessary.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications adhere to brand, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment within a growing and ambitious international business.
  • Strong understanding of advertising compliance constraints and requirements for the international marketplace.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and influencing abilities.
  • A proactive approach to finding better ways to execute tasks.
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 4 or equivalent is desired.
