At BCLP, we’ve built our firm on the foundations of thinking differently. Curious, inquisitive and unbound by tradition, we’re building change within our sector and beyond.
It starts with our people, which is why we need a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team at BCLP. Our function has been built in a non-traditional way for the legal sector, bringing together specialists from diverse backgrounds including BD, PR, communications, media, digital and operations.
This blend of expertise creates a dynamic, energetic team environment that nurtures fresh perspectives and gives the firm a genuine competitive advantage.
We take a holistic approach to marketing and business development, with the goal to help our lawyers win more work and make new connections. Because we are so transparently aligned to this core strategic objective, we enjoy full buy‑in from the business including senior management, who have a clear view of how our work contributes to the overall success of the firm.
This important role exists to support the Business Development (BD) Directors and go‑to‑market teams in the delivery of high‑level, quality and innovative business development, marketing and communication initiatives.
Working as a collaborative member of the firm’s shared support team in ‘The Hub’, this role will provide executive support across a broad range of exciting business development and marketing initiatives and projects.
The Hub sits at the very heart of the BD, marketing and communications team at BCLP. Hub team members will have the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of BD, marketing and communications activities in all practice groups and sectors.
The Hub team will offer agile assistance, delivering valuable additional and flexible support to work on priority clients, practice/sector groups and markets, as the need arises. This exciting role will enable Hub team members to learn a range of valuable skills, strengthening existing competencies and developing strong and lasting relationships across the firm, while gaining new insights and deepening knowledge. Full training will be provided.
