Job description
What you can expect

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to help our marketing team turn data into clarity. You’ll deliver trusted dashboards, insights, and reports that show what’s working—and what’s not. The role is hands‑on and action‑oriented. You’ll analyze marketing data, maintain reporting, and answer stakeholder questions that help optimize campaigns and grow pipeline. You’ll get exposure to the full B2B marketing funnel while building a strong foundation in marketing analytics and measurement.

About the Team

We’re a data‑driven B2B marketing team focused on accelerating growth and improving performance across the customer journey. We partner closely with Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, and RevOps to support pipeline development and efficiency. Collaboration, curiosity, and translating data into practical insights are core to how we work.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing marketing programs, channels, and campaign performance across the funnel to support optimization efforts
  • Building, maintaining, and improving dashboards and recurring reports that track key marketing and pipeline metrics
  • Supporting stakeholders by answering ad hoc data questions related to lead performance, conversion rates, attribution, and campaign effectiveness. Monitoring lead quality, funnel progression, and conversion metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with Marketing Operations, Sales Ops, and RevOps to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems
  • Documenting metric definitions, reporting standards, and best practices to support scalable and repeatable measurement
  • Translating data insights into clear summaries and visualizations for marketing partners and managers
What we’re looking for
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, marketing, or a quantitative field
  • Bring 3–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or a related role
  • Demonstrate familiarity with B2B marketing metrics and funnel concepts such as leads, MQLs, pipeline, and conversion rates
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Pardot or other marketing automation platforms, BI tools, or web analytics solutions
  • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data and clearly explain results to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Remain detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets
  • Maintain a collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for supporting cross‑functional partners
