Creative Digital Agency – Norfolk / East Anglia

Location: Hybrid – Norfolk / East Anglia preferred (1 day per week in person)

Hours: 4 days per week, 8 hours per day (32 hours total)

Pay: £15 per hour (approximately £1,920 per month)

Type: Part-time, permanent, with potential to expand as the agency grows

We’re a growing creative digital agency that helps brands shine online through social media management, content creation and paid advertising.

Our clients range from lifestyle and food brands to event and e-commerce businesses, and we’re known for being creative, fast-moving and great fun to work with.

We’re looking for a confident, organised and bubbly Account Manager / Client Delivery Lead to join our team. You’ll work closely with the Agency Director to manage client relationships, keep projects running smoothly and ensure every campaign is delivered to a high standard.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves managing people and projects in a creative environment. You’ll be the key link between our clients, our creative team and the Director, ensuring content, campaigns and TikTok Shop activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

You’ll take the lead on projects, make decisions confidently and help shape how we deliver work across the agency.

What You Will Be Doing
Client & Project Management
  • Be the main point of contact for a range of clients and manage communication in a friendly and professional way.
  • Keep projects organised using Asana and Notion, tracking deadlines, briefs and progress.
  • Liaise with our design and video teams to send briefs, assign tasks and approve visuals.
  • Check all creative work for spelling, grammar and brand consistency before client approval.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
TikTok & E-Commerce
  • Help manage and grow TikTok Shop accounts for key clients.
  • Coordinate creative assets, product listings and promotional visuals.
  • Work with the team to produce UGC-style videos and TikTok content ideas.
  • Keep up to date with TikTok trends and bring new ideas to the table.
Social Media Delivery
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars.
  • Schedule posts across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Write short, engaging captions when needed.
  • Ensure posts are boosted as planned and monthly reports are sent on time.
  • Support community engagement by replying to comments, DMs and encouraging account growth.
Internal Coordination
  • Run weekly team check-ins to keep projects on track.
  • Create shoot briefs with the Director and videographer one week before filming.
  • Support the Director with project planning and client strategy.
  • Bring positive energy, ownership and confidence to everything you do.
About You

You’re confident, proactive and naturally organised. You love taking the lead, solving problems and getting things done. You enjoy working in a creative environment where no two days are the same, and you’re comfortable juggling multiple projects at once!

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has 1.5–2+ years’ experience in a social media, marketing or creative agency.
  • Is confident communicating with clients and leading projects.
  • Is familiar with Asana, Notion, Canva, CapCut & similar platforms.
  • Has a deep understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok and Meta.
  • Keeps up to date with social media trends and industry news.
  • Is based in Norfolk or East Anglia and able to meet with the Director one day per week.
  • Is fun, positive and enjoys taking initiative.
Requirements
  • A portfolio of social campaigns or creative projects you’ve managed.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
  • A genuine interest in social media and digital marketing.
