Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking reliable field-based survey staff to visit Preston retail locations and test payment terminals. You will follow pre-planned routes, engage with retailers, and leave promotional materials to support a campaign.

Ideal applicants are confident, communicative, and able to manage time across multiple sites. The temporary role offers training and flexible field-based work with daily targets.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between Preston locations.
• Good route-planning and time-management skills.
• Confident, reliable and enthusiastic individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Comfortable visiting multiple locations throughout the day.
• Ability to work towards daily targets and deadlines.
• Sales, customer service, marketing or promotions experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Test payment terminals at each site to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Engage with retailers where required.
• Leave promotional materials for merchants to distribute to customers.
• Represent the campaign in a professional and approachable manner.
• Complete a targeted number of site visits each day.
• Follow the provided route plan accurately.
• Report completed visits and any issues encountered.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

About the Role
