What you’ll do
You will visit people in their homes to carry out vital research interviews on important topics such as health, housing, and transport. Using a tablet or laptop, you will guide conversations that capture real experiences of daily life in Britain.
This is not a desk job. You will be out in your community, knocking on doors. People receive a letter beforehand, but they are not always expecting you. Some won’t answer. Others will say no. That’s completely normal and part of the role.
When someone says yes and shares their story, you will know you’ve helped create change that improves people’s lives.
