A Day in the Life of an Ipsos Field Market Research Interviewer
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door to invite people to participate in surveys, conducting field interviews at local neighbourhoods.
- Work a 6-hour shift (typically starting around 1–2pm) with pre-booked shifts during weekdays and weekends, between 9am and 8pm.
- Drive to local streets and neighbourhoods; you will need business insurance and a valid driver’s licence.
- Receive training from Ipsos to confidently approach people, including those who aren’t expecting a visit.
- Record responses on a company-provided tablet; no paper forms required.
- Receive mileage reimbursement for travel.
- Contribute to decisions that affect businesses and communities by collecting important consumer insights.
