Salary: R35 000 - R40 000 Per Month

Responsibilities
  • Develop screeners, discussion guides, and surveys for qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Lead day-to-day fieldwork coordination, liaising with partners and keeping clients informed throughout.
  • Analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, turning insights into compelling narratives.
  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint reports, ensuring findings are easy to digest and visually appealing.
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person (with occasional travel opportunities).
  • Manage research projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Support business development through proposal writing and research planning.
Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in market research, ideally with a healthcare focus.
  • Hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end project management.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and client engagement.
