We are looking for a skilled market research, market intelligence or data insights/analysis professional to provide crucial insights that will underpin the strategies of the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications department and wider University.
Our Market Research and Analysis Officers play a crucial role in ensuring the University has access to a comprehensive range of market research and insights to facilitate data‑led decision‑making.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong market research, data analysis and communication skills. The role will be of particular interest to those with backgrounds in market research, customer insights, market intelligence or other roles working with quantitative and qualitative data or product development.
The postholder will be expected to manage complex data and audience insights, and translate them into intelligence and actions, assisting and liaising with colleagues to support their activities in marketing, communications, recruitment and admissions.
The appointed candidate will normally be employed through our subsidiary company BCU Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Birmingham City University. Appointees with prior LGPS membership who wish to enter the LGPS scheme will be able to do so and will be employed by Birmingham City University directly.
