DSJ Global is seeking a Market Data Expert to lead procurement strategy for market data vendors across private equity, investment banking, and asset management clients in a hybrid UK-based role. The position emphasizes building strong vendor relationships and delivering measurable savings.

You will serve as the in-house SME on research vendors, manage the full vendor lifecycle, and drive value through negotiation and rigorous vendor governance.

• Lead market data procurement strategy across private equity, investment banking, and asset management clients
• Serve as in-house SME on research vendors for our internal team and clients
• Own vendor relationships across research providers
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including discovery, due diligence, commercial negotiation, contract execution, license analysis, and renewals
• Proactively manage client renewals with research market data vendors and ensure timely contract execution
• Deliver measurable cost savings through sourcing strategies such as supplier consolidation, leveraged volume, competitive bidding, optimization, and fact-based negotiation
• Analyze usage data to reduce waste, optimize spend, and mitigate audit risk
• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
