A leading global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Market Access Lead for Immunology & Oncology in the UK. In this hybrid role, you'll manage a team to develop evidence for optimal patient access to products. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage submissions to HTA organisations, and generate evidence demonstrating the value of products. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Health Economics and relevant experience in HEOR or market access strategies.

As Market Access Lead for Non-Alliance immunology & Oncology, reporting into the Head of Health Economics, Value and Access (HEVA), you will lead your team of Health Economists and Value & Access Manager on the development of health economic and outcomes evidence to optimise patient access to Sanofi Non-Alliance immunology & Oncology products in the UK & Ireland. The role works collaboratively to provide HEOR and market access solutions that support an integrated market access plan. Due to the extensive Sanofi pipeline there will also be the opportunity to work across other therapeutic areas. The Sanofi HEVA team is a great place to work.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support your team on the development of submissions for new products or new indications to HTA organisations.
    • Maintains and shares up to date knowledge of UK/IE HTA guidelines and processes and keeps abreast of HTA developments to ensure that the most suitable methods are employed.
    • Collaborates with internal functions such as the commercial and medical teams on the development of the submission and submission strategy.
    • Support your team to project manage the submission and response process and ensures all key stakeholders are kept informed of progress (internal and external).
    • Manages external vendors as required.
  2. Lead on the generation of HEOR evidence that demonstrates the value of Sanofi products and ensures optimal access for patients.
    • Conduct landscape and gap analyses to support the development of an integrated evidence generation plan.
    • Work closely alongside Medical teams, field based colleagues and the Global teams to develop the evolving evidence base/value messages for products to meet the needs of the UK/IE market.
    • Conduct high quality, timely evidence generation to support access to Sanofi’s portfolio.
    • Provide input into global evidence generation projects to ensure outputs will meet UK/IE needs.
    • Collaborate with brand team to secure resource for proposed HEOR projects.
  3. Lead and support your team on the collaboration with new product planning team and global teams to formulate early UKIE plans for pipeline assets.
    • Use expertise to inform UK assessment of pipeline assets.
    • Supports development of early evidence generation plans.
    • Collaborates with global team on early scientific advice projects.
About you
  • Master’s qualification in Health Economics (preferred).
  • Experience in HEOR either in agency and/or a healthcare company.
  • HTA submission / Market Access Strategy experience is a must.
  • Attention to detail and organisation focus.
  • Strong team player with cross-team working ability.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities at the same time.
