This Maritime Supplier Expeditor role at Carnival UK offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands‑on experience at the heart of our Procurement / Supply Chain department. Role Overview

This role is responsible for working with Maritime procurement and supply chain teams, Shore Operations teams, Fleet Technical Supply Teams, Maritime suppliers, and Accounts Payable. The role is to support Maritime business colleagues to manage the day‑to‑day delivery activity of the Supply Chain for all technical goods required to support the CUK fleet, the open order book, and receipts resolution.

The key measures are the % of On Time Delivery (OTD) deliveries to our warehouses and the management of the Receiving Resolution Queue to keep Suppliers in balance and prevention of service shortage due to payments issues.

The key day to day activity is to support the Maritime team, communicate to the suppliers to ensure goods are delivered as required, address supply issues, and resolve the receipt resolution queue to keep invoices moving. Customer relations is key to the role as is understanding the overall supply chain and procure to pay flow.

Key accountabilities for Maritime Supplier Expeditor include:

  • Expedite purchase orders for supply of Maritime goods in AMOS as per the ships’ requirements,
  • Act as point of contact for delivery information and updates for CUK fleet, shore Maritime teams, Procurement and Supply Chain (Maritime) and suppliers
  • Establish delivery parameters with suppliers and communicate to CUK stakeholders.
  • Follow up with suppliers on delivery parameters when needed and communicate to CUK stakeholders.
  • Track responsibility and performance of top suppliers through a formalised Supplier Ratings System.

This role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full‑time 12 month FTC basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
