Job summary

TEKEVER Defence seeks a Maritime Delivery professional to manage flagship ISR maritime projects and support business development initiatives across the UK, Middle East and Africa. You will engage senior stakeholders, translate capability plans, and coordinate across product, operations and R&D teams to deliver integrated, interoperable solutions.

You will travel frequently to customer locations, contribute to capability concepts, and help shape roadmaps while championing TEKEVER’s

Qualifications

Experience of Project Management within the Defence industry or military setting.
Broad understanding of Royal Navy entities and UAS-focused units.
Stakeholder management in a Defence environment.
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment with limited resources.
Proven quick learner in fast-changing roles.
Strong organisational skills for complex calendars.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Agile PM principles.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Strong written, verbal and presentation communications.

Responsibilities

Project Management of maritime contracts, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and documentation.
Liaise between end users and product teams to capture feedback and update roadmaps.
Stakeholder management to keep all parties informed and involved in decisions.
Represent TEKEVER at trade shows, conferences and industry days.
Plan product demonstrations for potential customers and ensure successful delivery.
