Overview

Become a Practice Leader within a specific class/area of marine you've grown to love, joining a substantial independent insurance player who are currently amidst a Marine insurance team build, with strong plans to revolutionise the market for the better.

This is a senior production position in London which offers equity and potential wider company shares as part of a business who are seeing 30% YOY growth, so a real opportunistic time to join.

We are looking to engage with individuals who are specifically looking to hone in on a class of marine insurance and become the subject matter expert within this highly regarded Broker and MGA. The sheer scale of the opportunity is down to you. You will execute the growth strategy, geographies and people needed to make it successful.

This business have strong interest in talking to individuals with expertise within Marine Cargo, H&M, P&I and Yachts as well as candidates with capability developing business in the wider transportation insurance market.
