Anemoi Marine is seeking a Marine Electrical and Control Engineer to design, integrate, and commission electrical systems for our Rotor Sail technology on advanced vessels. You will collaborate with automation, mechanical and project engineers to deliver safe, compliant solutions.

The role requires PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal), CAD experience (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN), and knowledge of shipboard power management, IEC standards, and Class society requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Control Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven marine electrical systems design and commissioning experience.
• Proficient PLC coding experience, ideally Siemens TIA Portal.
• Familiarity with shipboard power management, switchboards and generators.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs and related hardware; Python/C# a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN;Cad/CAD tools.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and review electrical and control systems for Rotor Sails.
• Specify and integrate PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and interfaces.
• Develop instrumentation, data acquisition, and ship communications.
• Produce wiring diagrams, BOMs, cable schedules, and test manuals.
• Support compliance with marine standards and class rules.
• Assist procurement and provide technical vendor evaluations.
• Support installation and on-site commissioning and sea trials.
