Are you a qualified Trainer with experience in a Manufacturing or Logistics environment? Are you passionate about supporting and enabling a culture of learning and development? Can you apply your skills and knowledge across all levels of a large, fast-paced, and multi-site Manufacturing operation?

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as our Manufacturing Training Coordinator, where you will support the Manufacturing Training Manager in developing and delivering our training strategy. You will be working closely with team managers and departmental trainers to ensure that our development goals and objectives are met to the required standard.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the training manager in developing and implementing a rolling three-year manufacturing training strategy in collaboration with our business.

Using your knowledge of development, you will support the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and accessible learning solutions that meet employee training needs and create a positive learning experience. You will be able to accurately manage and maintain training systems and records, including SOPs, training matrices, and a manufacturing learning database.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop, as you will be learning from our training manager and offered support in your own development, as well as supporting our manufacturing staff in theirs. You will support the evaluation and reporting of training effectiveness, including auditing the Train-the-Trainer program and benchmarking external providers against agreed-upon standards. communicating and reporting training activities to relevant business areas, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous improvement of training processes in manufacturing.
