Twinings is seeking a Technician for our Andover Packing Hall on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role operates a rotating double day pattern: 6am–2pm one week, 2pm–10pm the next.

Qualifikationen

• Experience rotating double day shift patterns.
• Forklift Truck driving certificate is essential.
• Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to manage own time with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and clarity in English.
• Good problem solving skills and initiative.

Aufgaben

• Operate machinery safely and continuously to meet production plans.
• Work with a team to drive operational performance and quality products.
• Apply training to resolve issues and involve the right people.
• Complete daily reports and quality checks, analyzing data to improve efficiency.
• Support colleagues with training and development to strengthen the team.
• Be flexible and proactive to deliver targets and maintain safety and quality.
