Job summary

Hain Daniels in Histon is recruiting a Manufacturing Technician (MT1) to support day-to-day production lines, goods-in, and dispatch areas. You will be the first point of contact for operators on shift and help maintain safety, quality and productivity.

Working closely with MT2, you will coordinate labour, lead changeovers, troubleshoot minor issues, monitor performance and coach team members to develop skills, contributing to continuous improvement across the site.
