Job summary

Polytec Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Manufacturing Technician for a client in Melbourn, near Royston. The role involves assembling small plastic components on a 37.5 hour week with early/late weekly rotation.

You will start on 8am–4:30pm, moving to rotating shifts, and you should have your own transport due to pattern requirements. Experience in assembling small items and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling small items.
• Attention to detail and good dexterity.
• Cleanroom experience is helpful; training provided.
• Comfortable wearing lab PPE (hairnet, shoe covers, gloves and coat).
• Familiarity with glovebox assembly is beneficial.

Location: Melbourn, near Royston (SG8)

Type of Work: Temporary

Duration: Long term / Ongoing

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hour week)

Moving to weekly shift rotations after training

Early / Late shift (6.15am - 2.15pm and 2pm - 10pm on a weekly rotation)

Salary: £17 per hour
