Baxter Healthcare United Kingdom, Elstree site, is actively recruiting a Manufacturing Technician to join a close-knit team in a 40-hour week. The role operates Mon-Fri 07:30-16:00 with 1 in 3 Saturdays and requires working in a grade B/C cleanroom with full PPE.
The position offers a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days of annual leave and a Christmas–New Year shutdown. GCSEs and regulated manufacturing experience are preferred.

Our Elstree site is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician. Baxter is a global pharmaceutical company who manufacture many life saving products but here in Elstree. We specifically manufacture bone hemostats which is synthetic bone graft material for Surgeons to use in operating theatres.The site has 40 employees so although a large company, we remain a close-knit team, with some of our employees having been here over 20 years.
This role is based on a Monday to Friday working 07:30am to 16:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 06:00am-14:00pm. 40 hours per week contract. (NO SHIFTWORK)
We offer an attractive salary of between £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (Dependant on Experience) and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. We also have a shutdown between Christmas and new year.
You will be required to complete manual production tasks and packaging tasks, ensuring compliance with cGMP and GDP requirements. Therefore we are keen to see applications from candidates that have worked in this type of environment.
The manufacturing area is a grade B & C cleanroom which requires full PPE ( gown, goggles, hair net and full cleanroom suit, throughout the shift). Please only apply for this role if you believe you would feel comfortable in this level of PPE. (On interview a full demonstration will be given)
