Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Henlow on a 12-month contract. The role involves assembling, inspecting and certifying products to engineering standards, using measuring equipment and following drawings and test specs.

You will support production, repair and modification activities within a modern defence manufacturing environment, with opportunities for long-term progression and training.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production or assembly background is required.
• Experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly is essential.
• Experience in an engineering production environment is preferred.

Henlow | £22.12 PAYE / £29.70 Umbrella | 37 Hours | 12-Month Contract

Live Build Manufacturing Technician

• Build, inspect and certify products to required engineering and quality standards.
• Carry out production, repair and modification work using a range of tools and measuring equipment.
• Follow engineering drawings, manufacturing instructions and test specifications.
• Complete manufacturing documentation and maintain accurate production records.
• Support safe working practices while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and work closely with the wider manufacturing team.
