Job summary
Niftylift Limited, a global leader in the design and manufacture of mobile elevating work platforms, invites applications for a Team Leader at our Hoyland site in Barnsley. You will supervise a production area, drive output KPIs, and lead a multi-skilled team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage a multi-skilled production team.
- Experience in capacity planning and scheduling workloads.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Organise and control staff with daily shift start-up meetings.
- Guide and support flexible operations to meet standards.
- Enforce health and safety standards and carry out risk assessments.
- Ensure ISO 9001 procedures and quality controls are followed.
- Maintain accurate manufacturing system records.
- Balance line flow and manage overtime and attendance.
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and waste reduction.
- Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues as needed.
