Job Description

The Manufacturing Shift Supervisor will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for :

• The schedule rotates every month: 1st shift 6 - 2 pm, 2nd shift 2 - 10 pm, and 3rd shift 10 pm - 6 am.
• Supervise all aspects of manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and implement training, onboarding, and cross‑training plans.
• Create work schedules and manage workforce allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost‑saving programs.
• Maintain a culture of respect, professionalism, and collaboration.
