A leading British dairy producer is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Manager for the day shift at their Newton Abbot site in Devon. The role involves leading operational aspects in a fast-paced environment, managing large teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. So, what will I be doing?
We are looking for our next manufacturing shift manager to take over our day shift at our Newton Abbot site in Devon where we produce our Desserts and Ice Creams.
As a Shift manager you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the Newton Abbot site whilst on shift, so management of large teams in a manufacturing environment is essential.
Our shifts are 12 hour, 6am to 6pm, 4 days on and 4 days off.
You will work a 4 on 4 off permanent day shift pattern, beginning work at 0600 and finishing at 1800.
