You will bridge production, quality, and project management, ensuring real-time visibility, organized workflows, and accurate data.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and upload completed documentation.
• Submit and coordinate end-of-line paperwork prior to shipment.
• Verify customer-supplied materials, equipment labeling and documentation.
• Maintain and upload standard inspection checklists across facilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and updates for project meetings.
• Track action items and ensure follow-through across teams.
• Support alignment between engineering, supply chain and production.
• Provide real-time project status updates and escalation when needed.
