Job summary

Zendlabs is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to own manufacturing projects from PO receipt to final delivery. You will coordinate multiple departments to ensure OTIF performance, proactive customer updates, and clear escalation of blockers.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, organisational skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years managing manufacturing or customer delivery projects.
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, nutraceuticals or contract manufacturing.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• ERP/MRP/project management system experience.
• Commercial awareness and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from Purchase Order through to customer delivery and maintain OTIF.
• Coordinate across Sales, Innovation, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging, Fulfilment and Finance.
• Chase deposits, proformas and payment approvals before manufacture, and resolve issues with Finance.
• Maintain live project dashboards and reporting in the ERP/project management system.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement and automation.
