Job summary

Evolve Personnel is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for our manufacturing client in the Stourbridge area. The role focuses on preventive maintenance of plant and machinery, along with reactive and facilities maintenance across the site.

You will implement factory improvements, liaise with management and production supervisors, and assist with equipment installations. Regular overtime is available and the position is based on-site in Stourbridge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance position.
• Experience in a fast-paced engineering manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical / electrical fault-finding experience.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Planned Maintenance of Plant, Machinery & associated equipment.
• Reactive Maintenance across the site.
• Facilities Maintenance across the site.
• Implementing Factory Improvements.
• Liaising with Management and Production Supervisors.
• Liaising with Suppliers (Plant & Machinery).
• Factory equipment installations and fitting.
• Other general maintenance such as yard work, cleaning canteens and restrooms when required.
