A prominent recruitment firm in Rugby is seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator for a senior administrative role. This position supports the Plant Manager and Senior Leadership Team in a busy manufacturing site, offering responsibilities in administration, supplier coordination, health & safety support, and employee engagement. The role is fixed-term for 9-12 months, requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience.
