Job summary
Stafforce-Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Operative in Daventry, England, to support production and warehouse operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
The role requires following Health & Safety procedures, operating basic systems, handling stainless steel products and assisting with welding tasks (training provided). Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm.
Qualifications
- Basic IT skills.
- Awareness of Health & Safety.
Responsibilities
- Follow Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Handle and inspect products carefully.
- Operate basic computer systems (Navision, Excel).
- Work to production schedules and targets.
- Polish and finish stainless steel products.
- Operate machinery (press brake, laser cutter).
- Carry out welding tasks (training provided).
- Support wider warehouse activities as needed.
