A leading ingredients manufacturer in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to ensure efficient machinery operation and production maintenance. The ideal candidate should hold 3 GCSEs or equivalent and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The role includes maintaining production quality, assisting with safety measures, and participating in process improvements. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Location: Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk
Hours: Alternating 12-hour shift pattern, 36.75 hours per week (alternating shifts of Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 6.00am to 6.15pm and Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 6.00pm to 6.15am)
Salary: £29,351 per annum (this includes annual shift allowance) plus competitive benefits package.
As a Manufacturing Operator you will be playing a pivotal role. processing orders and operating and maintaining and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machinery.
