Manufacturing Operator - Join Our Dynamic Team in Basingstoke!

Are you looking for a fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding manufacturing role? We are seeking an upbeat and skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Basingstoke!

£13.79 per hour (Paid Weekly!)

Rotating Shifts: 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm

What You Will Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be crucial in executing the production process. This role requires strong communication, technical, and operational skills in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.

  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instruction Documents precisely.
  • Operating equipment for assembly, material handling, and finished goods packaging.
  • Completing Production Floor paperwork accurately (e.g., recording weight, time, and date packaged).
  • Reading and understanding work orders to set up materials, verify counts, and manage conveyors.
  • Quality Checking: Inspecting materials, products, and containers at various stages.
  • Packaging and Sealing: Filling, weighing, adjusting quantity, closing, and labelling containers.
  • Maintaining Compliance: Following ISO/cGMP Quality System Regulations and focusing on SOP accuracy, product quality, and housekeeping.
  • Cleaning and Sanitising work areas, machines, and equipment as needed.
  • Line Clearance: Reconciliation and disposal of job-related materials.
