Location: Lenwade

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 (Fixed shift - no weekends)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00 (Fixed shift - no weekends)

Pay: £12.22-£13.68 per hour, weekly pay (PAYE/PAYE AUTO)

Contract: Temp to Perm

ARC are working with their client based in Lenwade who are seeking Window Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent contract.

Due to Location, you will need your own transport to get to site - there are no public transport routes.

Key Duties
  • Operating machinery and hand tools to manufacture uPVC and aluminium window frames
  • Assembling and glazing units to production standards
  • Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
  • Quality checking finished products for accuracy and finish
  • Working to production targets and following health & safety procedures
  • General workshop duties and keeping work areas clean and organised
What We're Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred (but full training given)
  • Ability to use hand/power tools confidently
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliability and a strong work ethic
