The Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll work as part of a skilled team producing high‑quality uPVC windows, doors, and frames.

Typical duties include:

• Using hand tools and machinery for cutting, assembling, welding, and fitting
• Beading, glazing, and performing quality checks
• Safely handling and loading window frames
• Supporting the smooth running of the production line

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn

• Experienced in a production, factory, assembly, or machine operative role (preferred, but not essential)
• Able to commute to the NR9 area (own transport essential)
