Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a TPM/technical, manufacturing environment.
• Production Manager experience with proof of excellent results delivered.
• Pro-active thinker with the ability to problem solve in the area of operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant manufacturing function, managing the team for World Class results.
• Create and implement a manufacturing improvement plan.
• Ensure that equipment and resources are utilized effectively.
