We are seeking a driven, inspirational Operations Manager to join our senior management team and lead the successful performance of our production operations.

Responsibilities
  • Maximise profitability, drive operational excellence and develop continuous improvement strategies for production
  • Lead the application of our high quality, legal and safety standards across all production and operation areas
  • Develop and lead a high performing team to ensure the highest standards are delivered and provide guidance and coaching for those responsible for the day-to-day production operations.
  • Prioritise our guiding principles of Value, Quality, People, and Innovation
  • Work collaboratively with support functions to ensure the effective running of the production areas

  • Production management experience within FMCG environment
