A leading aerospace manufacturer in the UK is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to oversee hiring, develop training programs, and analyze production data. This role requires 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing and strong analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will facilitate staffing plans to meet production goals, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality requirements. Relocation is not provided for this locally hired position.
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to lead the development and implementation of strategies, which will be intrinsic to the planned people ramp-up & support future production rates at the Boeing Sheffield Fabrication site.
The Manufacturing Operations Analyst will analyze and interpret data. Provide feedback on assessment results, working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies (or other applicable tools and processes). The role will operate at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans, working under general direction of the site manager.
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
