• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager in fast-paced environments.
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Production and Project Teams to manage materials and staffing.
• Track and report capacity and resource consumption.
• Champion continuous improvement and address issues proactively.
