As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost, while developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include:* Leading, coaching and developing production managers and their teams to deliver outstanding performance* Driving manufacturing performance against safety, quality, delivery and cost targets* Planning labour and production capacity to meet customer demand and business objectives* Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency* Working collaboratively with local and global stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes**About You** The **Manufacturing Manager** will be an experienced manufacturing leader with a passion for developing people and delivering operational excellence.
