About the Role

We are seeking a leading Manufacturing Manager to take full responsibility for the management and performance of our clients fast paced manufacturing site and future sites in the South West region.

This is a head leadership role, accountable for enhancing the production efficiency, output and costs of the clients key manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of site operations, including production, maintenance, quality, health & safety, and logistics.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence.
