Qualifications

  • Proven track record in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects from concept to implementation.
  • Coach and mentor teams to embed a culture of problem-solving and innovation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership.
