Job summary

Myton Food Group is seeking a Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine to join our production team. You will run the production line, perform system set ups and calibration, ensuring orders are met in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. A rewarding position with opportunities for development within Morrisons.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment with machinery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job description

As Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine you'll work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines to ensure quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. It's fast paced, high volume and demanding; but rewarding knowing that you’re part of a team contributing to a quality product being delivered for our customers.

You will run the production line, conduct system set ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and will aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway.

About You

• Ideally has previous experience of working in a production environment with machinery
• Has strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Works well as part of a team and enjoys being physically active
• Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout shift where tasks are repetitive
• Is open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures
