Job summary

A well-respected manufacturing company in the UK is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team in Ripley. This full-time, permanent role involves acting as a main point of contact for HR-related matters, managing employee relations, and supporting the end-to-end HR lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of UK employment law, strong communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a salary of £35k - £40k depending on experience, with the possibility of flexible hours.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or engineering environment desirable.
  • Must be confident in delivering up to disciplinary level.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Manage ER cases end-to-end.
  • Keep policies up to date with employment law.
  • Coach managers to handle people issues.
  • Contribute to HR projects.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle.
  • Handle pay, benefits, and contractual changes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends.
  • Maintain HR systems and data.
