A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting the EHS Manager and promoting a safe work environment through the implementation of safety policies and procedures. Ideal candidates will have experience in a Health and Safety role within a manufacturing environment and hold qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH General Certificate. Qualifications

• Experience working in a Health and Safety role is preferred.
• Able to write reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Support the EHS Manager and SHEQ Team in ensuring a safe workplace.
• Foster safe behaviors and implement site policies.
• Work towards continuous improvement in health and safety practices.

Skills

Experience in manufacturing/production/engineering environment

Hands on experience of audits

Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education

Minimum IOSH Managing Safely

NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health or working towards
